I have been working for over eight years in the BPO industry. Two years as a Supervisor/Team Leader and two years as a Product Specific Trainer for new hires. I work smart and goal driven. I am a fast learner and can perform under minimum supervision. I am very passionate about the work that I commit myself into doing. I make sure that I do not jeopardize the quality of my work when trying to achieve the quantity such as juggling multiple tasks.
