There's no thing as newbie when there's someone willing to learn and there's someone willing to help.

My FIRST job is in a local airline company (Cebu Pacific Air) as a Customer Service Agent. I served the company for 1 year and 8 months where I facilitate the whole check-in process of the passengers, both local and international, included in my tasks are checking-in of luggage, checking hand carry bags, profiling of passengers, facilitation of boarding of flights. Being a front liner, I am also responsible for answering passengers' queries regarding airline policies. The SECOND job I had was Mobile Nurse (Aventus Medical Care Inc) for 4 months. By the way, I am a registered nurse in the Philippines. My job includes facilitation of the Annual Physical Exam and Pre-employment Physical Exam of the employees of our partner companies. I am responsible for making an opening and closing inventory of supplies. My THIRD and longest job I had was in a BPO company (Cognizant Solutions Inc) where I spend 4 years as a Senior Process Executive. I used to process Worker's Compensation for employees in the US in my first 3 years in the company. I handle patient's medical records and label them per category. The following year, I pioneered a new insurance account and co-built it with a team of nurses where we organize, sort and index the medical records of the patients. My role was a Quality Control where I check my team's output before sending it back to a group of physician reviewer. I also handled emails to and from our client, making sure that every request and instructions of the client is being acknowledge and done. I also kept an Excel file where we track the files sent to us and vice versa. I also set a weekly meeting with our client to do touch base and do calibration of our process. I quit my recent job because of family matters. My kids need someone to look after them so resigned and decided to give freelancing a chance. It's a risky decision but I know with hard work and God's grace, I will be able to land to an excellent job with the perks of being with my family 24/7.

Work Terms

Available to work 8 hours a day, weekdays (Monday to Friday), weekends off, starting rate of $10 per hour, payment should be made via Xoom.
