I've been working in the BPO industry for the past 3 1/2 years.
Graduated in Datamex Institute of Computer Technology for Associates Degree in Computer Technology last 2011.
Work experience wise, I was with Teletech as a Technical Support Representative for Verizon for 3 months wherein we're handling 3 LOBS (Internet, Landline, and TV). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pass the product specific training.
However, after 2 weeks I was hired as a Customer service representative in Accenture for Virgin Mobile wherein we're handling billing queries and basic troubleshooting for mobile handsets.Stayed there for 2 and a half years. Left due to no one taking care of our business which is a gen. merchendise store.
Lastly, was with Telus as a Email support representative for Uber wherein we're assisting riders for their fare concerns and driver's inappropriate behaviour. I've stayed there for one and a half year.Reason I left is because of the location. Originally, we were in Telus Ortigas and stayed there for a year. And after our anniversary with the company, we were requested to be transferred to Mckinley West in Taguig and also due to the salary, which is 18k by the way, I'm unable to budget our expenses.
I can say that I'm a hardworking person. I'm also never late or absent in during my stay with the 3 companies that I've mentioned. If in any case that you call one of my previous superiors, that is the first thing that they're going to say about me. As I know that in going to work everyday, you'll be able to learn more from your colleagues and superiors.
I'm highly organized, and I prioritize my workload so that everything gets done on time with high quality.

I can do part time for 4-5 hours 9am to 1pm MNL time
