Work Terms

I would like to request you deposit of 50% of the project cost in advance for the initial setup and the remaining 50% as per the work progress.

Website Design & Development Projects – Payment Terms

1. Before starting the job client must escrow the total amount in Guru
2. 25% payment is required after finalize the Home Page Mock up design
3. 25% payment required after complete all the page design
4. Remaining 50% required after complete the project & test the website functionality

Refund Terms –

1. After award the job if we not start the job within 5 business working days then client can cancel the job & we will refund 100% amount
2. After sending the first mockup design (home page), if client dislike the design & not willing to continue, we will refund 100% amount
3. After sending first mockup design (home page) & do all the modification as per client guidelines and then client want to cancel the job then we only refund 50% amount
4. After finalize the home page design & client confirmation, if client want to cancel the job we will not refund any amount
5. If client delay the project more than 30 days (from project end date) by sending necessary information & guidelines/feedback then we are not liable to continue the job & will not refund any amount
6. If client delay to make communication/ sending message reply, then we have right to close the jobs & not refund any amount
