I provide affordable bookkeeping services for small businesses mainly remotely. I have over 20 years experience providing services as an independent bookkeeper and 12 years of experience working as a finance and accounting manager with various employers. My software experience is with QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Online for 20 years or so.
Services I provide as a full charge bookkeeper are:
Create and track purchase orders, process bills, invoices and payments, create financials reports, journal entries, process payroll and payroll liabilities, bank and credit card reconciliations, monitor cash flow, process sales tax and more.
Work Terms
Normal work hours are evenings and weekends as I work full-time job during the week. But I am available during the morning and afternoons during the week to answer emails, take a phone call etc. I usually invoice monthly and expect payment within 14 days. Email is preferred communication.
