Passionate professional with a creative flair!
I am passionate about learning and making new things! My skill set is that of an educator, I excel at understanding complex ideas, and communicating them in ways suited to a particular audience to ensure they understand and learn effectively.
I have a great deal of experience and understanding of the Education, Higher Education, Performing Arts and Creative Industries. This experience has been in an entrepreneurial capacity, as the owner and Director of a drama academy and performing arts company, and as an arts administrator for government funded companies and RTOs, as well as in various roles in secondary schools and universities.
I have developed a unique and diverse skill set through my experience in the education and creative industries, and am currently applying these skills to develop programs and initiatives to support university students to achieve their academic, personal and social goals.
Specialties: Design thinking, idea generation, thinking outside the box, training, learning strategies, communicating with diverse people, developing strong work relationships, event management, communications and marketing, mentoring and student development.

As I am currently employed full time I am open to casual, short-term and freelance projects only.
