Work Terms
All work is performed with professional care and accuracy. Project execution begins only after the client provides complete requirements, supporting files, and written confirmation of scope. Any additional tasks or changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or additional charges.
My working hours are 10 AM to 9 PM (All Days). Communication received outside these hours will be addressed on the next working period. Delivery timelines depend on project complexity; however, I will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
Client data, files, and information remain strictly confidential and will not be shared, disclosed, or reused under any circumstances. Revisions are limited to corrections related to the original scope only. Partial or full refunds follow Guru.com’s dispute and payment protection policies. Final payment is due upon satisfactory delivery and client approval.
