Newgen offers end-to-end services in publishing, of which copy editing is an integral part. As Senior Manager of Editorial Services, I have the responsibility of ensuring the quality of deliverables to clients across the globe.
My job requires a high level of editorial skills. I am required to do QC-level editing and cold reads of books that have already been copy edited and are ready to be sent to the publisher. My role entails the review of edits done by previous levels of editors and ensuring that the documents comply with client’s style and format requirements.

My job entailed review and sign off on “thought leadership” material written by SMEs. The review required me to adhere to TCS brand standards, Tone of Voice (TOV) Guidelines, and the TCS Style Guide. I also developed training material on content creation for the content development team at TCS.

Senior Analyst - Instructional Design

As Senior Analyst, the focus of my job was to analyze, design, and deliver content for Accenture's Content Development Centre. The courses I developed were for Accenture Management Development Academy (AMDA).These courses are Instructor or Expert Led Tutorials for the CEOs and COOs of the organization.
These courses are delivered by experts from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
I also developed content for Accenture Advanced Enterprise Solutions (AAES), and the Pharmaceutical Division. The courses related to Medical writing and Pharmacovigilance.
