Work Terms
All terms specified in Statement of Work(SOW), any change in specifications that occurs after SOW is signed will require revised SOW.
Payments for all invoices submitted are due in net 30 days using the following payment schedule:
1st payment: A third (33%) of total project amount is billed at time of signing SOW.
2nd payment: A third (33%) of total project amount is billed on initial completion of deliverables defined in SOW.
Final payment: A third (33%) of total project amount is billed on final completion and delivery of final version of course.
Final project deliverable files will not be delivered to client until final payment is received.
