I have had many years of design, clerical and administrative experience since 2002. From 2000 - 2002, I went to school for an Associates Degree in Graphic Design to gain that creative image and to learn more about Computer Applications.

In 2004, I started doing various tasks for a church such as creating event calendars, banners, event programs, marketing brochures, managing church database and other tasks. I've done some business consulting and web design.

In 2006, I landed a job as a full-time Office Assistant for a small magnetic bookmark company. Then, in 2008, I began to outsource my services as a freelance Virtual Assistant for the first time from home. Working with office, design and administrative projects have become my ultimate passion. Also, I started setting appointments and working on other various call center projects, both inbound and outbound in the following industries: credit repair, debt consolidation, grants, home refinance, surveying, life insurance, sales and solar energy. I am now more focused on appointment setting.

As an experienced Virtual Office Professional, I know what would work and what would not. My primary focus is to work with small and mid-size businesses as well as church organizations in the US and Canada areas. I currently have the desire for appointment setting, mostly non-phone based, part-time projects. Let me help you with your business and stay organized! Hours of operation:

9:00 am EST - 7:00 pm EST
Monday - Friday, all major US holidays off

Payment Terms:

All payments are based on a net 15 (if long-term, retainers). If not an on-going, all payments must be submitted within 3 days. If it is submitted after 3 days, there will be a late fee of $25. Since the fee for Guru is a bit high, we would rather do invoicing through other alternatives (will be discussed via Guru chat).
