✅ How I work:
Every engagement starts with a scoped milestone and Done= acceptance criteria - a plain-English definition of what "complete" looks like before any work begins. This prevents scope creep and gives you a clean evaluation point before committing to further phases.
✅ Preferred engagement structure:
· Discovery call (30 min) to understand the brief properly
· Written milestone scope with Done= criteria delivered within 24 hours
· Payment per milestone, not per hour where possible - aligns incentives
· Weekly async updates (Loom or written), more frequent if the project demands it
✅ Hourly rate available for: ongoing retainers, debugging, code reviews, and advisory work.
✅ Fixed-price preferred for: defined features, MVP builds, integrations, and data pipelines.
