Standard delivery within 24–48 hours depending on audio length. Rush delivery available — message me first to confirm availability.
Accepted formats
MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, MOV, WMV, and most common audio/video formats. If you're unsure, just ask.
Revisions
I offer up to 2 free revisions per order. Your satisfaction matters and I'll make it right.
Audio quality
Clear audio = better results. Heavy background noise, thick accents, or multiple overlapping speakers may affect accuracy. If you're unsure about your file quality, send a sample before ordering.
Confidentiality

Payment
