I am recent law school graduate and have worked full-time with a local law firm for over 2 years. During that time I have gained extensive experience in business law matters, especially regarding the formation of business entities, such as LLC's, LLP's, corporations, and others. I have also taken on the responsibility of implementing improvements to our firm's social media and digital marketing strategies and campaigns with great success.
