Portuguese senior full-stack engineer building reliable React, Next.js and AI products

Portuguese software engineer based in Lisbon with 8 years of experience building and improving production web products. I work across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Stripe, and AI automation.

At Qonto, I proposed and built a forms platform that grew into a dedicated team. At Unbabel, I shipped tested interfaces used by 150,000+ translators. I also build multi-tenant AI products with model routing, usage metering, billing, n8n workflows, and agent tools.

I am most useful on projects that need strong product judgement as well as implementation: complex interfaces, dashboards, API integrations, AI-agent workflows, testing, performance, or stabilising an existing application.

Work Terms

Remote engagements only. I work from Lisbon, Portugal and communicate in English or Portuguese. Projects begin with clear scope and acceptance criteria. For uncertain builds, I prefer a short paid discovery milestone followed by funded delivery milestones. Hourly engagements start at $70/hour; fixed-price work is quoted after scope review.
