Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I’m available Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT/UTC+1/EST), but I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate clients in different time zones, including the US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Urgent tasks can be handled outside standard hours and weekend by prior agreement.

Project Engagement:
I take on both short-term projects and long-term partnerships, whether it’s a quick fix, a new build, or ongoing product development. I approach each project with clear planning, realistic timelines, and full transparency. Before we begin, I’ll provide a structured estimate and outline key milestones so we’re always aligned.

Payment Terms:
I prefer Guru’s SafePay system for secure and smooth transactions.

For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront (or milestone-based structure depending on scope).

For hourly work: weekly or bi-weekly invoicing based on time tracked.
I’m flexible and open to discussing terms that work best for both sides, as long as there’s mutual clarity and trust.
