I turn complex topics into structured, usable content

I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. It started in high school with newspaper pieces, fiction, and poetry, and never really stopped. Writing was always the one thing I naturally gravitated toward, long before it became something I did professionally.

What I enjoy most is working with topics I don’t already know. I like digging into something unfamiliar, figuring it out, and then turning it into content that makes sense to someone else. Most of the time, I learn as I write, which keeps the work interesting and stops it from feeling repetitive.

I work well under pressure and don’t struggle with tight deadlines. If something needs to be done quickly, I can get it done. At the same time, I’m just as comfortable working within structured timelines and managing ongoing work consistently.

I’m fairly low-maintenance to work with. I follow briefs, don’t need constant direction, and handle revisions without making it complicated. I’m happy to take initiative, but it helps to understand what the end goal looks like so the content lands properly the first time.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors. Hiking, ocean swims, paddleboarding, and exploring places that feel a bit removed from everything else. I like a mix of coast and mountains, quiet bookshops, old spaces with character, and the occasional festival or concert. I’m just as happy working on my own as I am meeting new people, as long as they don’t drain the energy out of the room.

Work Terms

I am available for both project-based and ongoing work, with a consistent workflow that supports steady delivery across single or multiple assignments.

My working schedule is Monday to Saturday (GMT+2). I can accommodate different time zones where required, within reason, as long as timelines and expectations are agreed in advance.

Projects run best with a defined scope from the start. This includes topic direction, objectives, and any key requirements. Where needed, I will clarify details early to keep the process efficient and avoid unnecessary revisions later on.

I keep communication straightforward and focused on progress, timelines, and deliverables. Updates are provided as needed to ensure alignment throughout the project.

All work is managed through Guru SafePay for secure transactions. For fixed-price projects, scope and deliverables are confirmed before work begins. Any changes or additions outside the original scope can be reviewed and quoted separately.

For larger or ongoing work, I am open to milestone-based structures to ensure consistency and steady progress.
