I have 5 years of experience in both virtual and face-to-face assistance handling different administrative tools such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the Google suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) in order to achieve my client goals on time and with superb quality. Over the past 3 years I’ve managed various tasks ranging from data entry, research, billing and accounting to making travel arrangements and schedule management.

My degree in advertising and online marketing allows me to understand modern business platforms and new technologies like Hootsuite and MailChimp, always with the goal of offering services that meet the requirements and the tight schedules of those who require them.

I speak English and Spanish and I’ve had the opportunity to work for clients in the US, UK, and Mexico, diversifying and adapting to their different requirements, styles and personalities.
