Work Terms

Here are my general work terms for logo design, banner design, poster design, book cover design, and art & illustration projects. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.
Project Scope and Agreement
Before any work begins, we'll discuss and agree on the project's scope, including deliverables, timeline, and final cost. This will be outlined in a project proposal or contract. A clear understanding of these details from the start prevents misunderstandings and ensures we're both on the same page.
This non-refundable deposit secures your spot in my schedule and covers the initial conceptual work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final files are delivered. For long-term or larger projects, we may agree on a different payment schedule, which will be detailed in our project agreement. Payments can be made via a mutually agreed-upon metho
Revisions
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the final design. All projects include a specific number of revision rounds. Typically, this is 3 rounds of revisions for the initial concept. A revision round involves a single list of changes or feedback from you. Any revisions requested after the agreed-upon number of rounds may incur an additional fee, charged at my hourly rate.
Communication
Effective communication is key to a successful project. I will provide regular updates on the project's progress and will be available to answer your questions. I ask that you provide timely and clear feedback during the revision process. Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.
