I have done an internship at Love Africa International Foundation, an NGO based organization in Africa, for three months. As an IT Intern, my responsibilities included, social media management, data backup and recovery, web creation and management, actual community works like community cleaning, coaching among other things.
I have also done an internship at Kenya Airways (KQ) for a period of three months. Here I had the privilege of being part of the few admin support technicians. And my duties included troubleshooting, data recovery and backup, user account management like password generation, proxy settings, installation and configuration among other things to our users all over the world since KQ headquarter is the main support base. But my main accomplishment in this position was when, as part of the admin team, I helped when KQ was transitioning to a new system (OKTA), late last year and helped set the system to its stations and users all over the world.
I am currently doing data deduplication and adjudication
