About

Creating custom art for your business, your story and your personal pleasure through graphic design, drawing, mixed media, acrylic and watercolor.

Linda has been an artist for as long as she can remember. She graduated from Tidewater Community College with a major in media advertising arts, and pursued a career in advertising. Her true love has always been fine art, and she has continued to draw and paint throughout her career as an Art Director. She attended many classes, demonstrations, seminars and workshops with such noted artists as Alvaro Castagnet, Cheng Khee-Chee, Nicolas Simmons, Mary Whyte and many others. In 2006 she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Florida.
Her career as a graphic designer began in 1974, working at various advertising agencies in Norfolk & Virginia Beach, VA. After moving to Hilton Head Island, SC in 1984, Linda built her own advertising business while caring for her newborn son, Robert, providing her clients with art from concept to finish. Linda used her advertising skills for the Hilton Head Art League as their Public Relations Coordinator. Moving to Charleston, SC in 1988, where she was art director for Charleston Magazine, a member of the South Carolina Watercolor Society, the Gibbes Museum Art Center and the Bethune Arts Center.
In 1996, Linda moved to Dahlonega, GA, where she was the President of the Dahlonega Art League and membership secretary for the Georgia Watercolor Society.
Linda now lives in Jacksonville, FL. She is a member of The Jacksonville Watercolor Society, Florida Watercolor Society, St. Augustine Art Center, Society of Mixed Media Artists (SOMMA), Jacksonville Artists Guild, Jacksonville Coalition for the Visual Arts, National Watercolor Society, Art Center Cooperative, Art Guild of Orange Park and National Collage Society.
