20 plus years of experience with Linux, UNIX and Windows based system administration, focusing in web-hosting operations, support and applications. Remote access via ssh/rdp/vnc/TeamViewer for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and administration. Excellent communication skills, methodical with a scrutiny on security.

The last 7 years I have been a co-owner and CTO of a medium sized call center in Central Maine. Vicidial Call Center suite setup, maintenance and administration for 70 local and remote users. MySQL DB, Postfix, Asterisk, sshd administration. SIP soft and hard phone setup and administration (Xlite, Avaya, Grandstream, etc).

I am an experienced systems, network, and hardware technician. I work professionally, quickly and diligently to accommodate all your needs. Work Terms

Available 24 hours a day for various projects. Long term support contracts would ideally be daytime hours EST but I am flexible depending on client needs.
