The guru of Services Drafts Lisa Danaczko Head for Numbers, Heart for Words Lisa Danaczko is a writer, artist, and non-profit professional, currently residing in Baltimore, Maryland, and hailing from Houston, Texas. She earned her MA in Writing from The Johns Hopkins University while also working full-time in the institution’s development and alumni relations department. Danaczko currently works as a freelance writer, editor, illustrator, and marketing consultant for local non-profits and start-ups. Previously, she worked at Wide Angle Youth Media, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Artforum International Magazine, Whitney Museum of American Art, Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and Contemporary Arts Museum Houston.Danaczko moved to Baltimore after graduating with a BA in Art History and Creative Writing from Columbia University. Her photography, illustrations, and fiction have appeared in PennUnion Literary Journal, Jester Magazine, and Tablet Magazine. She is currently writing her debut novel, To Gather Islands.
