Hi! I’m a detail-oriented professional with a 4.0 GPA and a background that mixes scientific research, education, and digital organization. While I am branching out into freelance proofreading and data work, I have spent years in roles that required extreme attention to detail and accuracy.

Technical Research & Accuracy: Much of my professional background is as an R&D Food and Nutrition Scientist, where I specialized in formulating gluten-free, organic, and natural products. This involved developing cold-process snack bars and baking mixes from initial concept to production. My work was based on scientific precision: we weighed every ingredient out by gram weight for absolute formula accuracy.

I also conducted rigorous testing in the food science lab, where I baked and evaluated test batches to ensure quality and shelf-life. I used this precise data to calculate and create Nutrition Facts labels and maintained organic certification documentation, ensuring every detail met regulatory standards.
