Specializing in and an expert in Six Sigma / Lean Black Belt, PDCA, OPEX, OTD, WCM, Kaizen, APQP, PPAP, ISIR, FMEA, 5S, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, SPC, GD&T, MSA, 8D Corrective Action Reports, as well as required computer software, customer support and much more.
Developed (with necessary documentation) and maintained Quality Management Systems according to ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016. Certified Internal Auditor for these standards as well as VDA6.3.

Payment method: 50% non refundable deposit at commencement of project. Remainder is due within 10 days of completion of project.
