Beyond the marketing approach.
During the years, I have been actively involved in crafting elegant business plans and submitting them to the senior management.The senior management makes a proposal to the upper-level management for capital to fund a new product launch or a line extension in much the same way that small business owners go to venture capitalists or banks to fund expansion.
I have successfully demonstrated leadership, analytical skills, problem solving ability, teamwork, and creativity.
My experience as a marketing director has positioned me to be responsible for a whole business unit, guiding overall strategy by coordinating the efforts of brand managers and assistant brand managers and ensuring that the brand teams remain focused on the key strategic issues.
Work Terms
Am always available from 8AM - 8PM. Am fluent in English and Swahili.
