Work Terms

Payments should be deposited upfront on milestone basis for the projects. Before starting the work for any milestone, first the client has to pay for that milestone, then after completing that milestone work, we will upload it on our demo server. After client approval for that milestone work, clients have to pay for the next milestone work. Process will be continued till the final milestone. Once the entire task is completed then we will move the work over the live server.

We assign a dedicated team for the project which will work 8 hours in a day. We will provide progress of work on a regular basis to get inputs from the clients and further smooth processing for the project execution.

If any functionality or component in the application requires any third party software or help, the client will have the responsibility to arrange that and pay to third party accordingly and provide us for further development.

Client shall provide all third party software components. This includes hosting details, hardware environment etc. The cost of all these components will be borne by the client and does not form the part of the proposed estimated cost in the development cost.

We will provide 1 month of free Support regarding the project; we don’t provide free support for more than 1 month & after one month if there are some updates required by the client then those will be charged on hourly basis as USD 40/hr.

We prefer to communicate through Whatsapp, Skype and Google Meet. We can also communicate through Zoom, Microsoft Teams as well.
