I am a mechanical engineer by degree and have gained knowledge and experience in all fields related to bringing new products to market in my 15 years of experience. I love helping people come up with ideas, refining those ideas into concepts, developing prototypes in many forms, finalizing and testing designs and bringing them to market. Having worked in many industries and with many great designers, engineers, marketers, product managers, sales gurus, manufacturers, etc. I have a unique ability to look at the big picture and break it into realizable chunks, referred to as Rapid Learning Cycles in the LEAN Product Development World, and then once each chunk is solved, bringing those all back together in a product ready for market that has looked at and found solutions for all aspects that make the product great! Additionally, I am a certified VAVE engineer which means I look at cost from a fundamental design point of view to ensure the product being designed is the lowest cost to produce, while maintaining quality, so your profit margins are as high as possible. Anything from 3D modeling to full scale engineering design and product development, I can be a temporary resource or substitute as an engineering department, depending on your needs. General Guideline for pricing range:
$40/hr basic 3D Modelling and Drafting
$140/hr full engineering design
Once we develop the scope of the work, the specific cost will be negotiated. Contracts can be hourly or lump sum.
