My mission is to help others through my experience.

I was in the worst shape of my life about two years ago. I was at rock bottom with no where to go... but up!
I learned a lot myself in this depression and realized I was meant for more. I had to fight the demons that my abusive grandmother left with me but I made it through and now I'm stronger than ever and ready to take on life and what the future holds for me!
