With over 10 years providing customer support for various international companies, I am highly experienced in this field. I genuinely care for clients, which is what makes me naturally succeed and excel in this position. My educational background is in business studies. I’m interested in assisting clients in e-commerce, retail, real estate, Human Resources, and creative industries.

My past International customer support experiences are working for Groupon and Amazon, which provides excellent customer support training, and has completely established my skills in this position.
