Detail-oriented and solutions-driven Mechanical Design Engineer with 20 years of experience in Design, Drawings, Production, Product, and Project Management within the automation industry.

With over 20 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, I provide complete, professional, and cost-effective design solutions for clients worldwide. I support projects from initial concept to final validation, ensuring every design is optimized, manufacturable, and aligned with industry standards.

I create detailed 3D models for machines, equipment, metal structures, jigs, fixtures, gears, sheet-metal components, pressure-testing parts, piping layouts, steel furniture, castings, prototypes, calibration tools, automation systems, and testing devices. Along with 3D modeling, I prepare accurate 2D drawings, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and schematic diagrams that meet international industrial requirements.

My work includes preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and complete technical datasheets. Using SOLIDWORKS, I run simulations to refine designs, reduce material usage, and ensure the correct material grade is selected. I also create 3D visuals for client presentations and proposals, helping clients clearly understand the design before fabrication begins.

I focus on customizing designs to simplify production, reduce costs, and improve reliability. My engineering process includes calculating forces, stresses, and pressures acting on parts to ensure all designs meet performance expectations. I manage all design related tasks, simulations, calculations, and drawings to guarantee accuracy and compliance with client specifications.

Throughout my career, I have led multiple design improvements, planned design schedules, and provided technical support to Design, Operations, and Production teams. I review client requirements, clarify technical queries, and suggest appropriate calibration methods. I also witness and validate product testing to ensure quality and safety.

Beyond engineering, I train engineers and technicians, manage design resources, and oversee the delivery and inventory of spares and accessories. I coordinate shipping, update unused stock, and ensure project materials are managed efficiently.

I prepare technical proposals, participate in client meetings, support project budgeting, and coordinate various project management activities. I also provide on-site support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting when required. Additionally, I oversee the production of mechanical parts and assemblies, ensuring costs remain within the agreed budget and scope. For early validation, I produce 3D-printed prototypes and verify that all manufactured equipment meets the approved design specifications.
