Payment Terms: For project-based work, a 25% upfront milestone is required to begin, with subsequent payments tied to agreed-upon project milestones. Hourly contracts are billed weekly. Preferred payment methods include direct platform payments.
Preferred Communication Style: I prioritize clear, concise, and tracked communication. I use the platform's messaging system for daily updates and quick questions.
