I'm on GMT, which means I'm between five and ten hours ahead of the majority of users on this site. So if you message me and it takes me a few hours to respond it's probably just the time difference.
I would prefer to be paid via paypal for convenience. It would also be a good idea to communicate via Skype, which is more immediate than e-mail.
I would prefer to take smaller projects that can be fit around my schedule. I will consider larger ones individually.
