Work Terms
Ann Support Hive operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (your local time zone can be specified). Weekend or holiday work may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
All services are billed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the agreed scope of work. Invoices are to be settled within three (3) business days of issuance. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Wise, and bank transfer. A late fee of 5% may apply to invoices that remain unpaid after seven (7) days.
Communication is handled primarily through email, WhatsApp, Slack, or Zoom—based on the client's preference. Messages and task updates will be responded to within 12–24 hours on business days. Scheduled check-ins can be arranged weekly or bi-weekly to ensure ongoing alignment and productivity.
All tasks should be clearly outlined before the start of each workweek. Urgent or same-day tasks should be flagged in advance and may be subject to priority rates. Confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability are at the core of every service delivered by Ann Support Hive.
