With my combine experience both in office based (11 years) and home based job (10 years) I believe I can offer what the job requires because I have the qualities that you are looking for. My experience aligns well with the job post and makes me a great fit. My past experience in an office based work includes:

• I am the Regional Data Encoder for 11 years in an Insurance Company based here in our province in Pangasinan. I handled 11 district offices in Region I.
• I encode daily sales and collections from the different district offices in Region I. For the collections, I encode the Official Receipt Number, OR Date, Amount and the Contract Number of the plan holder. After encoding all the collections received for that day, I generate the proof list for each transaction and then I proofread the list for some errors before validation. After which, I record manually the collections for the day.
• As for Sales, these are New Sales sold by our insurance agents. I encode all the information of the Planholder like Name, Address, Phone Number, Birth date, Civil Status, Plan type, Contract Price, Plan benefit, Payment term, and Beneficiary. After encoding, I generate the proof list and then proofread the encoded data for errors before validation. After which, I print the policy contract and then records sales for the day manually.
• All the transactions received for the day should be encoded on that day.
• Prepares monthly sales and collection report manually to be reconciled with our computer generated reports and distributed to our district offices.
• In addition to my job as Regional Data Encoder, I answer phone calls / queries from customers inquiring their due date and plan status.
• Also, provide customer service for walk in clients, reconciling customers record of payments if there are discrepancies, payments that are not posted in the individual ledgers.

Work Terms
