E-commerce businesses need someone who has experience in supply chain and understands the e-commerce process. I ensure that enquiries in all platforms are responded to promptly and that orders are followed through to delivery. Getting feedback from the customers is important as this contributes greatly to the improvement path and eventually a great customer experience.
Work Terms
8 hours per day, 40hours per week at a minimum of USD 12 per hour.
