I am a Customer care representative who have 7+ years experience in the same field.As a CSR i am genuinely excited to help customers & i believe i am patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Moreover i love to talk. Customer feedback is priceless, and as a CSR i can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
