I am Maham Marashizadeh, president of Nimblytica, a data and business intelligence consultancy. I design and build Power BI dashboards, SQL data models, Python automation, and Azure Data Factory / Snowflake pipelines that turn messy operational data into decisions leaders trust. Currently a Senior Business Intelligence professional at a large healthcare organization, delivering enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, and self-service BI at scale. I hold a degree from CSUN, with continuing education from eCornell, and I work extensively with Visier for people analytics. Typical engagements: dashboard design and rebuilds, data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipeline development, KPI frameworks, report automation, and analytics enablement and training. Clear communication, reliable delivery, and documentation you can hand to your team.

Work Terms

Available weekdays, Pacific Time, with flexible overlap for other time zones. I start with a short scoping call, agree on milestones and deliverables in writing, and use SafePay milestones for payment. Hourly work is billed at $35/hr; fixed-price packages are available for dashboard builds and pipeline projects. Weekly progress updates through Guru messages or a video call.
