Founder & CEO of HomeDraw, a digital health platform based in Hamilton, Ontario, built around a simple but powerful idea — that quality healthcare should come to you, not the other way around. Through HomeDraw, I deliver on-demand, at-home lab services to seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, and post-surgical patients who deserve compassionate care without the burden of travel.
As a licensed Registered Practical Nurse, I bring hands-on clinical experience from the emergency and surgical units at Juravinski Hospital and St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton — experience that shapes every decision I make, both at the bedside and as a founder.
At Mohawk College, I serve as a Lab Instructor and Technician, mentoring PSW students and translating real-world clinical knowledge into practical, meaningful learning. Beyond the classroom, I coach nursing students one-on-one through the NCLEX exam and into their first roles in healthcare — helping them build the confidence, knowledge, and strategy they need to land the job and thrive in it.
I'm also leading my first research project exploring how simulation-based learning shapes clinical readiness in nursing students, working to close the gap between theory and real patient care.
Outside of nursing and entrepreneurship, I create content around healthcare, innovation, and the journey of building something meaningful — sharing what I'm learning in real time and connecting with a community that believes healthcare can be better.
My work lives at the intersection of clinical expertise, education, coaching, research, and leadership. I'm just getting started.
