Work Terms

Availability:
I am available 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday) for project discussions, updates, and delivery. All messages are responded to within a few hours, ensuring smooth and timely communication.

Working Hours:
Flexible working hours based on client time zones. I always coordinate to match your preferred schedule for calls, updates, or deliverables.

Project Scope & Delivery:
Each project begins with a clear understanding of your requirements. Once the scope is finalized, I’ll organize your files, structure folders, and clean up cloud storage or local systems as per your needs.
Standard delivery includes organized folders, backups (if required), and a short “before & after” summary report.

Revisions:
I offer unlimited minor revisions until you are fully satisfied. My goal is to ensure your files are structured exactly the way you need them.

Confidentiality:
All data, files, and client information are treated as 100% confidential. I never share or reuse any client materials for any reason. NDAs can be signed upon request.

Communication:
Communication is handled via Guru Messages, email, or Google Meet (if needed). Regular updates are provided throughout the project.

Payment Terms:

Preferred Payment: Through Guru’s SafePay system for mutual security.

Milestone Payments: For larger projects, milestones are set for each phase.

Release of Funds: Once the client confirms satisfaction, funds are released through SafePay.

Customer Satisfaction:
I aim for long-term collaboration with every client. My work isn’t complete until you are fully satisfied with the result.
