I'm experienced recruiter will help take over a portion of your hiring process.
My job will be to:
- Source and screen high quality candidates with several positions matching with your requirements.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of candidates.
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom candidates for the next step.
- Start up, Develop or Oversee your staffing needs to be matching with your business NEEDS.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results.
I will be expected to have good people judgment, excelling at sourcing and screening for top talent.
I have more than 4 years of experience as a recruiter and human resources activities. Provable experience recruiting top people. My native language is Arabic with excellent English speaking, listening, speaking and writing skills.
It's important to me to build long term relationships with clients, so I'm primarily looking for long term projects. I'm flexible with my working hours and am happy to work closely with any projects to maintain and develop your business NEEDS as well as my skills and experience.
