Work Terms
Communication
I work with clients across multiple geographies and maintain a responsive, structured communication approach. I typically respond within 24 hours and recommend a brief scoping discussion prior to project commencement to align on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Payment Terms
All projects are managed through Guru's SafePay system. For fixed-price engagements, I work on a milestone-based structure with each milestone funded in advance prior to commencement. For hourly projects, billing is managed on a weekly basis through the platform.
Revisions & Edits
Projects include two structured revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds, or significant changes in brief after work has commenced, will be scoped and quoted separately.
Delivery
Final deliverables are provided in the agreed format — typically PDF, Word, or PowerPoint. Timelines are confirmed at the start of each project and are contingent on timely client inputs and feedback.
