Engagement & Scope Every project begins with a clear scope discussion. I do not start work without a mutually agreed brief — this protects both parties and ensures deliverables match expectations. For large or complex projects, I recommend a phased approach with milestone-based reviews. Deliverables All outputs — BOQs, structural designs, tender documents, DPRs and reports — are delivered in professionally formatted, client-ready documents (PDF, Excel, Word or AutoCAD as applicable). Revisions based on original scope are included. Changes to scope will be discussed and agreed separately. Timeline Realistic timelines are agreed upfront. I do not overpromise. Once a timeline is committed, I honour it. Urgent assignments can be accommodated subject to current workload — please discuss before placing the order. Communication I am available during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours. I respond to all messages within 24 hours. Clear, professional communication is maintained throughout the engagement.
