Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

Our standard business hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7)
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (GMT+7)
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Messages received outside business hours will be responded to on the next working day. For urgent project matters, we will do our best to provide timely assistance whenever possible.

2. Payment Terms

We use a three-stage milestone payment system to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.

Deposit
A deposit is required before work begins. Once the deposit has been received, we will schedule the project and start the drafting process.

Milestone 1
The second payment is due when approximately 50% of the drawings have been completed and submitted for review.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due after 100% of the drawings have been completed and approved by the client. During the review and coordination process, all drawings will be provided as PDF preview files for checking and commenting. Once the final payment has been received, we will deliver the original editable source files along with the complete project package.
