Hi there, I'm Manuel. I have worked for seven years for a British travel agency (Travel Direct) configuring the Booking System as the Data Loading Team Leader and also as a connector between the Booking System provider and all the departments inside the agency.

The agency was specialized in packages that included flights, accommodation in houses and hotels, transfers, car-hire, excursions, tours and extra services such as bird watching, fishing, and more. I worked with 3 different booking systems, TravelOn, TigerBay and iTravelMix.
