An IT Infrastructure Engineer with 15 years of hands-on experience managing networks, servers, and secure IT systems.

My journey started as an ATM Support Engineer, where I learned the value of reliability and precision, because in banking, even a few minutes of downtime matters. Over the years, I transitioned into broader IT infrastructure roles, administering Windows Server, Linux Systems, VMware, Hyper-V and Proxmox Virtual Environment. I also gained experience in firewall/security solutions (like Peplink and VPN Gateways). Beyond office hours, when no Tech Support is available, I do visit internal staff to assist and tend to their technical issues with their computer systems.
