Hello! My name is Maria Jose Barillas, I am from Guatemala City. I am a Sworn Translator, English and Spanish, I have been translating for over 3 years. One of my biggest projects has been a fiction-erotic book called, Nine; the author is Jennifer Raygoza. I also do some freelance work for a law firm in my country, and some other translation projects.
I also have experience proofreading and editing documents, making sure they are using proper grammar and spelling.
Transcription is also part of my skills, audios in English, Spanish, or mixed.
One of my biggest transcription projects was a finance-real estate course.
I love what I do, it is my passion, so I always give the extra mile to provide and deliver an outstanding job.
Work Terms
If it is a long project, I prefer working hourly.
But it depends on what the client also wants and prefers.
