Hours of Operation: Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST. Flexible for international time zones upon request.

Response Time: All messages are answered within 24 hours.

Payment Terms: Payments are processed through the platform using milestones or hourly billing. Project based pricing is available for long term engagements.
