I am a professional in food process, from farm to table, as well as in its analysis and compliance with regulations for its marketing. I possess strong writing and analytical skills.

Food safety and agri‑food quality specialist with more than 20 years of experience in sanitary regulation, facility inspection, and monitoring of contaminants in food. Extensive experience within the national regulatory authority SENASA, leading sanitary control programs, conducting audits, and coordinating technical teams.
Experience in HACCP, sanitary risk management, border control, and compliance with international food safety standards.
I'm the mother of two teenage boys, all of whom are athletes. I enjoy trekking, cycling, padel, and going to the gym. I'm taking my first Italian and French lessons. I've started painting my first pictures and playing the harmonica. I love traveling to new countries and experiencing new cultures, and I hope to do it again.

Work Terms

I have 6 hours/day available to work, including weekends.
I prefer communication via mail and/or WhatsApp.
Compensation will depend on the work offered, but will not be less than $10 USD/hour.
