Professional and Experienced Customer Service Staff
I had several years of Customer Service experience; I have been an article and web content writer for different clients and wrote variety of articles of various niches. I also wrote blogs and I have knowledge on WordPress. I held a Virtual Assistant job position at a Law Firm and I did data entry, editing, profile builds, web research and data mining. I can write in perfect American English and I have a natural enthusiasm for all types of ideas and projects. I am empowered with a positive mental attitude, optimism, initiative, and attention to details. In addition to that, I am able to think critically and communicate effectively and I have the ability to handle academic challenges. My verbal skills are the most developed of all my intellectual capabilities. My capability to use language effectively and to communicate well is my biggest strength. People are likely to describe me as gregarious, persuasive and optimistic. I am also a fast learner and I love to learn new things.
Work Terms
I am looking for a full time job; I can work 40+ hours a week, including overtime work and holidays. I am open for any job positions available but preferably back office jobs like chat support, email handling and writing and translation. I am versatile, flexible and efficient when it comes to my responsibilities. I prefer PayPal as my mode of payment. I would like to have an open communication with my clients as I am always reachable through email and Skype.
