I am a freelance translator, editor and proofreader.
I am a recent graduate with an MA in Translation.
I've already had some experience with legal and medical translation, as well as commercial simultaneous interpreting.
My working languages are English, Spanish and French. I also only edit and proofread in Spanish and English. I've been trained to work with technical as well as literary texts.
I'm looking to take on new and interesting translation projects to provide my clients with high quality target texts that meet their purposes, on time and for a reasonable price.
Work Terms
My rates are aprox. $50 to $65 per 1,000 words for a translation;
$20 per 1,000 words for proofreading and revising;
$30 per 1,000 words for editing.
I quote based on the difficulty of the text, the deadline and the client's individual needs. I'm also willing to take tests if required.
